We often think of anger as something to manage, suppress, or move past quickly.
But what if anger was a gift? What if, instead of a problem, it was a powerful signal that a deeper truth is finally rising to the surface?
In my own journey, and in the journeys of the women I work with, I’ve come to see anger as a sign that we're no longer willing to tolerate what we've endured in silence for so long...
It shows up when we’ve betrayed ourselves over and over in the name of keeping the peace.
When we've said “yes” too many times.
When our boundaries have been repeatedly crossed.
And when we've twisted ourselves into someone we’re not to be liked, accepted, or approved of. And what’s even more painful is that after all that effort, after all that self-abandonment… we still don’t get the love or validation we were chasing.
That’s when the anger comes.
Not as something bad, but as a sign that something inside you is waking up.
A sign that your unmet needs are no longer willing to be suppressed, and that the mask you’ve been wearing no longer fits.
In the journey of deconditioning, anger is a sacred doorway.
It speaks of the cost of living out of alignment.
It shows us where we've been people-pleasing, over-giving, and shape-shifting in order to fit into a mold that was never ours to begin with.
So instead of judging your anger or pushing it away, pause.
Listen.
What truth is it trying to show you?
Often, it’s the moment we get angry that we also get clear.
Clear on what we want, what we won’t tolerate anymore, and who we’re ready to become.
And that's a wonderful gift indeed.

I use Human Design to help individuals strip away conditioning and reconnect with their most authentic selves, to create meaningful change from a place of deep trust and increased confidence.
