I write to make sense of the things I’m living, noticing, and questioning, and to see what becomes clearer when I put them into words. These essays are personal, but they’re also an invitation to look at your own life a little differently. Some will give you language for something you’ve been feeling, and others might challenge an idea you’ve taken for granted. I don’t always have the answer when I start writing, and I think that's what makes my writing a form of self-discovery before it becomes something to release into the world.
